I had an exceptional experience buying my new vehicle at Open Road Mazda. Bob assisted with showing me all my options and was patience with how indecisive I was when picking a car color. Bob explained every detail about the car to me and showed me the difference between other vehicles. Bob even helped me set up the mazda app and connect minor details with my phone while I moved my belongings from my old car. Bob also assisted with looking for a new insurance quote that worked best for me. Josh assisted me with the paperwork needed to complete my lease and did an amazing job explaining every detail and answering questions I had. Both Josh and Johan ensured I was satisfied with the car and made sure the price ranges I was looking for could be met while getting the benefits that I needed. The staff was polite, patient and did not pressure into any of the decision making process! I would highly recommend getting a vehicle from this site.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata Grand Touring from Open Road Mazda of Morristown. From the very beginning, the team was professional, patient, and never made me feel pressured. Julio and Johan were both amazing and made the entire experience enjoyable. Used Miatas are not easy to find, especially in the NY/NJ area, so I was fortunate that one became available at this dealership. What really stood out was how Julio and Johan were willing to hold the car for me and allow me to take multiple test drives. Since the Miata is a very different type of vehicle from what I am used to driving, having the opportunity to spend extra time behind the wheel helped me become comfortable and confident in my decision. Throughout the process, they were transparent, answered all of my questions, and made the entire buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. The car was exactly as described, and the Mazda Certified Pre-Owned program gave me additional peace of mind. It's rare to find a dealership that puts customer satisfaction ahead of simply making a sale, but that's exactly how I felt throughout this experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for

One of a kind dealer experience! My salesman was Bob, who swooped in when I was originally ready to walk out without a car. Bob turned my experience around and what started out as a test drive day, ended up being a purchase day. Bob was thoughtful, funny, relatable (but not in an oversharing kind of way), and very honest. He even went so far as to look at listings of other cars I was planning to look at and he encouraged me to call and gave me questions to ask! I ended up staying with Open Road Mazda because of Bob. When my new vehicle was ready for pick up, Bob came in on his day off to process the final paperwork and Josh in Finance was awesome as well. Really crunched numbers hard for me, met my time deadline to the minute and I was a happy new car owner! Really great experience from the moment I met Bob. Aaaaaand he called several days after my purchase to make sure I loved the car.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Open Road Mazda. Shaniya made scheduling a test drive super easy. Josh was truly the best salesperson to work with. He made an otherwise stressful process totally painless and even fun. He was extremely personable and easy to work with—we couldn’t recommend him more! Other folks at Open Road were great too (John, Bob, Alec). Everyone was so eager to help! We’re so happy with our purchase!

Bob was incredibly friendly and patient; he even took the extra time to help me set up my phone with the car's system before I left. In finance, Josh was great to work with—he wasn’t pushy at all and simply provided the facts so I could make an informed decision. Johan’s professionalism and deep knowledge of the business are immediately apparent. It’s rare to find someone who cares so deeply about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealership. Coming from only buying Honda’s, I love my CX5.
